LAURA'S STORY

I’ve spent the last 25 years in public education as a Teacher, a Teacher Leader, a Curriculum Coordinator, and an Assistant Superintendent.   I've gained many leadership skills through reading countless books, attending leadership seminars and course, and learning through my own experiences. 

Every day, I am driven to grow and help others continue to grow toward their life’s vision. I imagine a world where the vast majority of people continue to grow towards their life’s vision.  I’m never done learning and specifically learning about myself as a leader and how great leaders lead.  As part of that, I have a strong belief that leading people requires constant self-reflection, intentional learning, and growth.

Using many leadership lessons learned from my own experiences as well as from nature I help leaders transform their teams to thrive at a high level by uncomplicating the strategies that lead to efficient organizations.
